Several years ago, my soul began to pull me to focus on helping people, but I struggled to envision specifics, having mostly an IT and management background.
For most of my career had no idea about coaching as a profession. But the universe guided me. One day I enrolled in coach training. Who knew that this was the beginning of shaping my dream into reality!
I am a coach now. I can write this with confidence and gratitude in my heart. But when I began, there were many doubts about my skills and my vision. Step by step, the doubts turned into an opportunity for growth. I became the coach I wanted to be.
I believe it happened because I wasn't on my own.
My coaching school (BeCoach Academy) training gave me all the support and motivation to build my confidence and skills as a coach. More importantly, I accelerated my inner work thanks to the practice, coaching, support from our trainers Elena and Isil, and a wonderful BeCoach community of fellow students and graduates who shared in struggles and wins.
My coaching clients were there for me too. I learned from them, shared in their wins and growth. And I still do!
